SAPA 2025 Scholarship Programme
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Open to principals of public schools in the Eastern Cape.
Applicants must not be current SAPA members.
Applicants must not be registered for SAPA 2025 prior to applying.
Only principals from no-fee paying schools and schools in need of support may apply.
Scholarship Inclusions
- Complimentary registration for the SAPA National Conference (11–13 September 2025).
- Two years’ membership to SAPA Eastern Cape.
- Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included.
Application Requirements
Applications must be submitted online by 31 August 2025.
Applicants must submit a written motivation (max 300 words) on how attending SAPA 2025 will benefit them, their school, and their learners.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Selection and Notification
- Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of SAPA Eastern Cape and the organising committee.
- Successful applicants will be notified by email or phone.
- The decision of SAPA is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Conditions of Acceptance
Scholarship recipients must attend the full conference programme.
The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
If a recipient is unable to attend, SAPA must be notified immediately, and the scholarship may be reallocated.
Liability
SAPA, the event organisers, and sponsors accept no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or expenses incurred in connection with participation in the conference.
